Characters research

We researched stereotypical characters/villains/terrorists who like to blow things up and looked at different images and compared them.

We thought it would be best the research maybe cartoon movies, as they usually over dramatise everything.

Unnamed terrorist- Team America

This is only a couple examples, but this is usually what type of characters people think of when they think of 'terrorists' and/or bad guys who blow things up.

The bad guys are usually represented as foreign and most of the time at war with whoever the 'hero' is.

Most of the time in spoofs or cartoons, the terrorist is typically of an Asian background and wears a turban and have beards.

We decided to use the idea of a stereotypical terrorist for our bad guy, this is also so they are easily identifiable by the audience.

My response 

From shawnean's research, as a group we can come to a decision on the costume/clothing, from this research we can see that the villains are typically dressed in black or dark clothing to reinforce their character however the unnamed terrorist is in white, although he is dressed in religious clothing, however other ways in which we can tell they are the 'baddy' is their body language and facial expressions and especially in the unnamed terrorist we can tell he is due to his frown and angry facial expression. however these examples are animated characters, we can get an idea of the typical baddy costume.
